2007 Conference Registration Form

All registrations (including registrations at the door) now qualify for the early-bird rate! However, registrations by mail must be postmarked by June 25 in order to ensure receipt before the conference.

NOTE: This form is not configured for on-line submission or payment; you can fill the form out, and then print it and mail it in.

IITA accepts checks, money orders, and credit cards!

    I/T Students (IITA Members): $95.00
    I/T Students (non-IITA Members): $115.00
    Regular (IITA and/or ATA Members): $140.00
    Regular (Non-IITA/ATA Members): $180.00
 

Those planning on attending on Saturday only can deduct $15.00 from the above rates.

*If you would like to join IITA and qualify for the IITA Member Conference rate, please fill out a membership application form and include it (along with dues payment) with your IITA Conference Registration form and payment.

Bag Lunch (optional):
Bag lunches on Friday and Saturday will be available for $7.00 each. (Coffee Breaks are included in your conference fee, and the Friday evening Reception is included if you are registered for both Friday and Saturday.) IITA recommends that you take advantage of this special in order to avoid having to leave campus to look for a restaurant during the lunch break.
