2007 Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by regular mail or by e-mail. Please note the following important dates:

Full refunds can be obtained for cancellations postmarked (or e-mailed) no later than May 15, 2007.

bullet

A $35.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations postmarked (or e-mailed) between May 16 and June 15, 2007.

bullet

A $50.00 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations postmarked (or e-mailed) June 16-28, 2007.

bullet

No refunds are available for no-shows or for partial attendance.

If you need to cancel your registration, please write us at IITA, PO Box 12031, Des Moines IA 50312, or e-mail us at sbates@iitanet.org. IITA reserves the right to cancel the entire event if an insufficient number of registrations is received, in which case all registered conferees would receive a full refund of their registration fees.
